Returns Policy
You may return most new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days after delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it rigth.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom items such as personalized or items on sale
We do not make exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item

We are not responsible for wron addres provided, if yopu notice that you provide a wrong address please contact us ASAP. Once your order has been shipped dont hesitate to get in touch with the courier company they can promptly assist you, we dont have acces to their system , courier companies are independent of us, therefore we cant make any changes.
We are not responsible for for lost (like porch pirates) or damaged parcel, please contact the courier company for any inquiries and track your parcel for status updates.
